That's not correct; check your instructions again.
Anyway, after the third attempt at using the Foul Out III on my .300 WinMag,
I checked the bore with a bright light (wish I had a borescope). I had
spent a LOT of time cleaning it with Sweets 7.62 and J.B. bore paste before
I put it away last. I think it may very well be copper free...
I have a BAR in .270 that I'll try next. I can't remember if I did a
thorough copper removing job on that one after I shot it last. If the Foul
Out tells me that one's clean, too, I try a pistol I know has some leading.
I've read so many good things about the Foul Out III, it just HAS to work!
